We meet for 8 live classes Tuesdays at 11am PST beginning January 6th and all calls will be recorded.

There will be one transformational breathwork class on January 29th at 11am PST and one embodiment class to integrate all the learnings on February 19th, 11am PST.

The final wrap-up and celebration call is February 24th at 11am PST.
