Transformational Breathwork for Stress and Anxiety December 14th, 6-7:30-pm PST

If you find you are already feeling anxious about the upcoming holidays, you are not alone.

But it doesn't have to be that way. Stay ahead of it by releasing accumulated stress in your body so you are ready and present to all the gifts coming your way.

Breathwork is the gateway to the subconscious. Your body will know exactly what you are ready to heal.

When we release tension, we also release emotions, stress and trauma that create fear and create space for new insights and awareness beyond what you have thought about yourself so far.

We feel stuck when we don't feel safe in our bodies to proceed, speak or act. We freeze. In order to let go, you need to feel safe! So let's dive in to the blocks that live just below the surface.

I have been guiding and healing for over 3 decades now and have found breathwork to be the most healing modality I have used.

Expect an active guided process with powerful healing. We will begin with 15-20 minutes of talking. I will explain the journey, what to expect and how to get the most out of it. We will begin by slowing and deepening our breath then for 45 minutes I will lead you through transformative breathing patterns, then we slow down and end with a closure, comments and questions.

You will need:

Yourself, computer or device as it's online
A quiet, private space
A comfy place to lie down on a mat, bed or couch.
Headphones or good speaker.
Water and eye mask (if you have one)

Please do not schedule anything for an hour afterwards to allow integration of the session.
