I'm Madeleine Eames, a therapist, writer, coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and a highly sensitive person. 

I have navigated the tricky road of burnout and living as someone who feels deeply and thinks overtime!

I have taken everything I have learned from my own experience and working with hundreds of clients over the past 2 decades with burnout, trauma and stress and crafted a program to help you truly heal.
